Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty on or before August 22, 2016 by 5:00PM EST. If the reservation is cancelled after this time, there will be a $15 cancellation penalty charged to the credit card provided. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the credit card will be charged for one night’s room and tax.
And as we mention every year, please beware of housing pirate agencies. Be vigilant if approached by any other company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of CMWorld. Content Marketing World and Destination Cleveland will never contact you by phone to pressure you to make hotel reservations, nor would we send you a form by email to submit your credit card information for payment.
