Nice article. It does bear mentioning, however, that one should stay in touch with the reviews that are spread on many channels–Trip Advisor, Google Business, your website and all social media channels. We monitor it daily and sometimes hourly when we have a busy weekend event. Also, we have found that testimonials make our employees feel good about what they do. When park service, entertainment, food, etc., is mentioned positively by our customers, we send to them, and their management–and we include in our employee newsletters and at our employee meetings.
